Frigo Camello

Born in the heart of the desert where he was meant to provide cooling relief, Frigo Camello instead found himself cursed to wander the hot cities of the world. With giant boots and slow, heavy steps, he has lost his joy and precious moments to the relentless heat. 'It's too cold here inside,' he says without a smile, 'but there's no paradise left in the desert anymore.' His milk and butter cargo has become disorganized and melted, leaving him to continue his lonely journey through Rome, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Lisbon, Florence, and London. People gather and whisper 'What sadness, what desperation' as they watch this peculiar being struggle against his own nature. Under the scorching sun, his refrigerator body melts while he continues, sad and suffering, toward an uncertain destiny.
